Here there is some tools I created over workshops and free time.
I am still working on some of them to improve their use.
So feel free to give me feedback and advice.
It is the latest tool that I started couple of weeks ago, and I think the most ambitious that I made.
The goal is to create a matrix to bring together the main project management tools, with a focus on budgeting.
At our last end-of-year workshop, I decided to link this matrix to Teams using Power Automate.
The idea is to collect the tasks carried out via Teams and to receive them in a backlog in Excel, all the information linked to the schedule is updated and certain categories linked to the budget are updated automatically.

Started during a workshop two years ago, and it is currently the third version.
I use it during my workshop and try new features to improve it.

My next step on this tool will be to make it more digest by changing the color palette

Revenue Calculator
We were working on revenue estimation at school.
We used different methods to calculate a game's revenue based on two techniques, from followers or whishlist.
So I suggested a solution to my teacher through an Excel sheet.
